OverviewJob Title: Adjunct Instructor - Various Subjects (Professional Golf Management Program)
Institution: Professional Golfers Career College (PGCC)
Location: Temecula Campus - Temecula, CA (On-Campus)
Employment Type: Part-Time | Per Course Schedule
Hours: Two-hour classes conducted once a week between 8am-12pm (Monday-Friday)
Rate: $40 per/hr.
Professional Golfers Career College (PGCC) is now hiring adjunct instructors to teach individual courses in our Professional Golf Management associate degree program at our Temecula, CA campus.
This is a great opportunity for industry professionals, educators, or semi-retired experts looking to share their knowledge with the next generation of golf industry leaders. Courses are taught in-person on a flexible schedule and span a variety of disciplines, including business, psychology, golf operations, and physical education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver course content using lectures, activities, and hands-on instruction
- Engage students through real-world examples and professional insights
- Assess student progress and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Maintain course records, attendance, and grading
- Collaborate with academic leadership as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, PGA credentials (Master's preferred for some subjects)
- Industry experience in golf, business, teaching, or related area
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred, but not required
- PGA membership (for golf-specific courses) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, time management, and classroom leadership skills
- Passion for mentoring and helping students grow professionally
