The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Coach/Personal Trainer who is motivated, coachable, and passionate about helping others. You’ll coach individual, semi-private, and small-group sessions; assess and evaluate clients; and design training programs that meet clients where they are and move them forward.
What You’ll Do
- Coach 1:1, semi-private, and small-group training sessions with energy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Conduct movement assessments/evaluations and translate findings into actionable goals and training priorities.
- Design and progress programs for a broad range of clients (general population focus; some athletes).
- Track outcomes and communicate progress to clients; adjust plans based on results and feedback.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in all training spaces.
- Collaborate with the team on client care, programming, and facility development.
You Are
- Passionate about coaching and continuous learning.
- An excellent communicator who builds rapport and accountability.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working with both beginners and advanced clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of coaching or personal training preferred.
- Certifications: Recognized training certification (e.g., CSCS, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain promptly).
- Proficiency in movement assessment, exercise technique, and program design.
- Availability for a coach’s schedule (some early mornings, evenings, and/or Saturdays as needed).
