Physiotherapist – Elite Sports and Performance Centre
Location: New $15 million health and performance facility set on 17 hectares of premier sporting fields – home to 18 sports associations with community, state, and national, international level athletes.
Position: Full-time or part-time
Join an elite physiotherapy group working across professional, national, state, and local sports programs within one of Australia’s most advanced integrated sports and health precincts. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with on-field athlete management, supported by an exceptional multidisciplinary team.
You’ll collaborate with GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, dietitians, podiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals — delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care that spans injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation.
About the Role
Manage a diverse caseload including sporting injuries, musculoskeletal presentations, and return-to-performance programs
Step directly into an existing club program, providing physiotherapy coverage across training sessions and game days
Work collaboratively within a high-performance multidisciplinary environment
Access premium on-site facilities including a dedicated rehab gym, recovery zones, and performance testing areas
Requirements
About You
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a strong clinical and exercise prescription foundation
Motivated clinician with a genuine passion for sport and athlete care
Strong strength and conditioning background highly regarded
Masters in Sports Physiotherapy (or working towards this qualification) welcomed
Committed to supporting team training and game schedules as part of a performance-focused environment
Excellent communicator who thrives within a collaborative, athlete-centred team
