Description
Aspire Physiotherapy Bunbury is looking for a driven physiotherapist to join our high-performing team.
You'll work directly alongside three experienced clinicians, including an APA Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist, a APA Lymphoedema and Cancer Physiotherapist and an APA Pain Physiotherapist. If you are looking for a supportive and a collaborative "family" environment, this is it. We are also part of the Complete Concussion Network and offer professional development in concussion management for the right candidate.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
- Quality Over Quantity: We prioritize longer treatment times. You actually have the time to deliver the premium care your clients deserve.
- Diverse Caseload: From elite athletes and CrossFitters to complex persistent pain and corporate health.
- Professional Growth: We provide a generous PD allowance and weekly meetings to discuss complex cases. If you have a niche interest (women's health, sport, rehabilitation), we will help you build it.
- True Flexibility: We value work-life balance and are happy to tailor hours for the right candidate.
- Generous base salary + monthly commission: A competitive salary package that rewards effort and grows with your performance, including a comfortable base salary and monthly commission payments 110k-140k FTE.
Our Space
We aren't your typical sterile clinic. We operate out of a beautifully converted old church in the heart of the Bunbury medical precinct.
- The Clinic: Ample natural light, a dedicated rehab area, and a Clinical Pilates studio.
- The Tech: We believe in objective data. We use handheld dynamometers, and the AxIT system to ensure our results are measurable and elite.
- The Perks: We're right across from the best coffee, bakery, and supermarket in town. Plus, you're less than 2 hours from Perth and minutes from world-class beaches.
Requirements
You're a "people person" who happens to be a great Physio.
You'll fit right in if:
- You are driven to achieve best-in-class outcomes for your clients.
- You enjoy the "extra mile"—whether that's a follow-up call or refining a complex rehab plan.
- You're a team player who values a supportive, resilient, and fun work culture.
- You love the South West lifestyle (or are ready to trade traffic for beach sunsets).
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification and are AHPRA registered.
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of physiotherapy experience in clinical practice.
- You have full working rights in Australia
