We specialize in working with active adults and seniors who want to improve their quality of life through better fitness and enhanced movement. Whether someone is brand new to exercise or a lifelong athlete, our team helps clients resolve chronic pain, restore movement quality, and rebuild strength. Many clients stay with us for years.
The Position We're looking for a part-time Personal Trainer (with an opportunity for a full-time salaried position) to join our team and help our clients move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent with their goals. You'll work one-on-one with clients in our private training studio at 50 Cove St in Portland, ME
This role is a fit for someone who is kind, and genuinely enjoys the process of getting to know people, their history, and their goals.

Requirements
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, or NSCA preferred) Experience working with active adults and/or seniors A genuine interest in movement quality and posture, with a willingness to learn and take additional courses. Corrective Exercise Specialist or Postural Restoration experience preferred. Strong listening skills, reliable, timely, strong communication, professional, and comfortable building long-term relationships CPR/AED certification
