Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Support professional to support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program. This role coordinates human performance and family support services that strengthen the readiness, resilience, performance, and longevity of Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel and their families. The position serves as a coordinating technical resource and works closely with Human Performance leadership, POTFF stakeholders, and the chain of command to promote operational readiness and family stability.
U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance. This position is pending upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, mentor and coach less tenured change management analysts
Partner with product management team to see changes through implementation
Communicate directly with the client
Develop enhanced change management reporting
Support the Human Performance Manager in planning, developing, and synchronizing technical training, guidance, and policy recommendations
Coordinate, implement, document, and oversee human performance services that support peak performance and reconditioning of SOF personnel
Maintain inventories of human performance supplies and equipment, prepare requisitions, and coordinate preventive maintenance
Develop and distribute training materials; coordinate staff training and travel; and promote interdisciplinary collaboration
Collect, analyze, document, and report performance data to Human Performance and POTFF leadership, including entries in the SPEAR enterprise database
Support the integration of service members and families into assigned units, strengthen family connections, and assist with deployment and transition readiness
Collaborate with medical, psychological, cognitive, performance, nutrition, and family support professionals in a cross-functional environment
Perform other duties as assigned in support of program and operational requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience planning and coordinating sport- or mission-specific performance programs, with demonstrated results in collegiate, professional, military, or SOF environments
Current professional certification in an applicable discipline, such as Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Physical Therapist, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian
Experience with multi-domain human performance programming
Working knowledge of strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, reconditioning, and team dynamics
Ability to work effectively in high-tempo, mission-driven environments while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Strong written, verbal, organizational, data management, and collaboration skills
Home Office Requirements:

Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
