The Role
The Exercise Specialist serves as a practitioner within the Exis coaching team, responsible for delivering world-class training experiences and measurable client outcomes. This role focuses on executing personalized programs with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.
No "floor" hours No "selling"
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized, evidence-based training and mobility programs for private clientele. Contribute to Exis' internal training frameworks. Communicate with medical practitioners and other members of the client health team Support operational and quality initiatives that ensure premium client outcomes and brand alignment.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience training high-level clientele or athletes. Demonstrated expertise in program design, assessment, and corrective exercise. Strong interpersonal presence, leadership ability, and professionalism.
Preferred:
Master’s in Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related field.
