Description
We are a growing private physical therapy practice in South Tampa seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist / Pelvic Performance Specialist to help expand an already established and growing pelvic health program.
Our clinic serves a unique mix of high-end cash-pay clients, active adults, athletes, postpartum clients, and military service members and their families (Tricare/VA).
This is NOT a high-volume mill environment.

Working with motivated patients
Clinical autonomy and flexibility
Building and growing a specialty service line
What Makes This Opportunity Different:
Existing pelvic caseload available immediately

Blend of pelvic health + orthopedic/performance rehab
Opportunity to work with postpartum fitness, return-to-running, lifting, and active populations
Hybrid model with both cash-pay and Tricare/VA patients
Established referral relationships and strong demand in South Tampa
Flexible structure with opportunity for growth and leadership
Compensation:
Competitive compensation structure based on experience and schedule
Strong earning potential with growing cash-pay clientele
Contractor or employment options available
Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling considered
