Spectrum Health Co is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic in Sydney, bringing together physiotherapy, chiropractic, and exercise physiology under one roof. We take an integrated, movement-first approach to care — and we're looking for a physio who shares that philosophy.

About the Role

You'll be working primarily with musculoskeletal presentations across a diverse patient base, with a strong focus on active individuals — weekend warriors, gym-goers, athletes, and people who want to get back to doing what they love. You'll have the autonomy to apply a functional movement framework to your clinical practice, supported by a collaborative team that values your input.

Earning Potential Be rewarded for being busy. High performers can earn $135,000+ super — with a transparent bonus structure that puts more in your pocket the more impact you make.

1:1 & Team Support You'll get a dedicated one-on-one session every week to support your clinical development, plus fortnightly team tutorials that often include practitioners from other local clinics — because we believe learning together makes everyone better.

Who We're Looking For

You're the right fit if you:

     Have 1+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience with a musculoskeletal focus

     Love working with active patients — sport, fitness, and performance rehabilitation light you up

     Take a functional movement approach: you assess movement patterns, not just symptoms

     Are genuinely curious and committed to growing as a clinician

     Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy learning from and contributing to a multidisciplinary team

     Are AHPRA registered with full working rights in Australia
