Fit Bomb is a boutique physiotherapy clinic + fitness studio built on community, inclusivity, and doing things differently. We provide the highest-level private practice physiotherapy care, and are industry leaders in dance and performing arts physiotherapy, all in a space that’s welcoming, fun, empowering and completely judgement-free.
We’re looking for a dynamic Physiotherapist with private practice experience who is confident with a mix of hands-on treatment, musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation (Clinical Pilates).

The Role
A genuinely diverse caseload, including:
- Touring musical theatre productions at Crown Theatre
- Professional and pre-professional dancers
- Athletes across multiple disciplines
- Acute sports injuries
- Complex presentations (chronic pain, neurological conditions, disability)
This role includes exposure across private practice physiotherapy, MSK, sports physio, Clinical Pilates, rehab and performing arts physiotherapy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- High-quality 1:1 physiotherapy (private practice consults)
- Structured Clinical Pilates / exercise rehabilitation group sessions
- On-site physiotherapy for touring musicals and leading Perth dance schools
Who You Are
- Confident, experienced clinician (min 2 years private practice physiotherapy experience)
- Strong in exercise rehab + Clinical Pilates, or willingness to up-skill
- Committed to ongoing learning and development
- Values quality care and community
- Interested in long-term growth within a small, high-performing team
- Ability to manage a varied caseload
- Professional, adaptable, and happy working both autonomously and collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment (we have a very fluffy gym cat)
- Want to be part of something meaningful
- Bring a warm, confident presence
- Have permanent work rights in Australia + AHPRA registration
Environment + Development
You will work alongside Emma Sulley, whose background includes the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games, Water Polo Australia, numerous dance companies and touring shows, and educating Postgraduate Sports + Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists at Curtin University.

Remuneration
We offer a highly competitive package designed to attract experienced clinicians:
- $175,000 – $195,000 FTE + super + PD allowance
- Pro-rata for 12–18 hours/week
- Approx. $95–$105/hour + super, depending on experience
- Clear progression and earning potential within the role
