Description
The Howard-Suamico School District has a vacancy for an Associate Principal at Bay Port High School. The Associate Principal will be responsible for assisting the building Principal with managing academics, guidance, pupil services, student activities and other school programs or services. This position is an active member of the administration team and articulates a clear philosophy and shared vision of learning. Candidates must have knowledge and experience working within the high school philosophy as well as a passion for working with 14-18 year-olds. Knowledge and background of moving toward a more innovative model of schooling to prepare students for college, careers, and life is also required.
This is a 12 month position with an expected start date of July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits plan based on a total compensation philosophy.

Qualifications:
Required
Education: Master's or Professional Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration, or similar field.
Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Administrator License
Certificates, Certifications, or Other Training: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
Previous Work-Related Experience: 4+ years of work-related experience.
Preferred
Certificates, Certifications, or Other Training: CPR and First Aid Certification
