Description

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, one-on-one care in our outpatient rehab clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions; develop personalized treatment plans; document progress using EMR; and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Track and document patient progress using EMR in accordance with regulations
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff on coordinated care
Participate in case conferences, quality initiatives, and clinical programs
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer documentation standards
Contribute to a patient-first, team-oriented clinic culture
Engage in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development
