Bounty Physio are a well established private physiotherapy clinic on the Central Coast delivering exceptional, outcomes-driven care to a predominantly private-paying clientele. We are a team comprising of Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist and Massage therapists who love what they do and enjoy coming to work each day.
This role is suited to a physiotherapist who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and working in an environment where time, quality, and patient experience are prioritised. We're looking for a clinician who is genuinely curious, eager to grow, and ready to do their best work in a clinic that backs them to do it. Our space is designed for a high level of care with; modern, well-equipped treatment rooms and gym space allowing a strong emphasis on both manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
About the Role
You will manage a predominantly musculoskeletal caseload, with a focus on:
- Detailed assessment and diagnosis
- A mix of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation/performance-focused care
- Delivering a high-end patient experience whilst building long-term patient relationships
- There is also scope to contribute to mentoring, internal education, and the ongoing development of clinical standards within the practice
Hours - We are open to both a part-time role and a full-time role depending on the candidate. You will be working alongside multiple therapists with 30+ years experience across MSK, sport and ED environments who are keen to teach, are always striving to improve their own skills and lead by example in and out of the clinic.

- Fortnightly in-services and case reviews and clinical discussions

- Contributing to clinical standards and service development

Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and independent caseload management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - thrives when working in a collaborative team environment
- Love working with active patients of all ages - sport, fitness, and performance rehabilitation light you up
- Are genuinely curious and committed to growing as a clinician and ongoing professional development
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Working rights in Australia
- WWC check
- National police check
- First Aid and CPR
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
Desirable:
- Interest or experience in a clinical niche (e.g. sports rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, running, women’s health)
- Additional certifications or postgraduate training
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior clinicians
