FT job, Ensure the patients case is opened within 48 hours. Conduct staff conferences and plans training programs to maintain proficient staff. Assist staff in problem solving issues. Allocate personnel on basis of workload, space, and equipment available. Create questionnaires for patients, to evaluate quality of patient care and patients’ satisfaction.
