See Change Physiotherapy is a well-established private practice on the NSW South Coast of Australia, and we’re looking for another physio to join our team. https://www.seechangephysio.com.au/
We’re based in Moruya and Dalmeny, about halfway between Sydney and Melbourne on what is a pretty amazing stretch of coastline. There are beautiful, uncrowded beaches everywhere, great surf and very little traffic. A bad commute around here generally means getting stuck behind a caravan for 10 minutes.
We’re a relaxed but professional clinic. Patient care comes first, we support ongoing PD and we want our physios to have the freedom to develop their own clinical interests. We have excellent admin support and a varied caseload covering general MSK and sports injuries, WorkCover, post-operative rehab, NDIS and exercise-based rehab.
We’re not particularly interested in micromanaging people or chasing KPIs for the sake of it. If you’re a good physio who looks after your patients and contributes to the team, we’ll give you plenty of flexibility to structure your working week around the life you want outside of work.
There are also opportunities to work alongside clinicians involved in elite and Olympic-level sport, so moving away from a major city certainly doesn’t mean giving up interesting clinical work.
We’d ideally love to find someone interested in staying longer term, but part-time applicants and locum physios are also very welcome. For someone coming over from NZ, having accommodation and access to a vehicle available initially should make getting yourself established considerably easier.
