The Fit Lab is Toowoomba’s largest, multi-disciplinary allied health facility and continues to expand. We are excited to share that we are growing even further and will be moving into a brand-new, purpose-built allied health facility in June 2026. This next chapter brings increased services, modern treatment spaces, and expanded opportunities for our team.
We have opportunities for Permanent, Part Time and Contractor Physios.

Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches and a Dietitian. We support a number of large sports and occupational health contracts in Toowoomba, as well as numerous community-based health programs. These services are provided alongside our onsite clinical services.  

As the team continue to expand, The Fit Lab have an opportunity available for an energetic Physiotherapist looking to build their sports and clinical experience. Alongside your clinical caseload, you will support a range of local sporting teams, providing hands on care across school, community and semiprofessional sport.

Within the clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, with a mixture of MSK and sporting injuries and orthopaedic rehabilitation. We have an experienced team who will be able to provide mentoring and support. 

The Fit Lab works with a wide range of Sporting codes in the Toowoomba region from school-based teams through Semi Professional teams including the Western Clydesdales so if you have an interest in Sport, we are the right Clinic for you.

Requirements

For this opportunity, you require:

• Ideally, 3+ years clinical experience
• Sound clinical skills and knowledge in physiotherapy  
• AHPRA registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability  
• Current CPR and First Aid  
• Driver’s license and access to reliable transport  
• Current Blue card and Yellow card  
• National Police Check
• Eligibility to work in Australia
